Ordering online at 1800Parts.com is easy! We offer a multitude of ways to find what you are looking for:
If you would like to check the status of your order, you may do so in the following ways:
1800Parts.com Account Holders can simply log on to My Account and choose View Order Status and History.
If you placed an order by phone, or elected to shop as a guest, you may call Customer Service at 1-800-727-8766 with your Order Number and a representative will be happy to assist you. If you have misplaced your Order Number, we can also look up order information with your first and last name.
1800Parts.com makes every effort to provide current stock status. Due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the items(s) you ordered will be discontinued when your order is processed. If, for any reason your item has not shipped within the specified shipping time frame, you will be given the option to either cancel your order, or allow it to remain on backorder.
For Online orders:
Order confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 1800Parts.com account holders will receive an Order Confirmation at the email address used to sign in to your account. To check whether your order has shipped, please click on the link provided in your confirmation email or call Customer Service at 1-800-727-8766.
For Phone orders:
A Customer Service Representative will complete your order and give you an Order Confirmation Number. You may use this number to check the status of your order online, or by calling Customer Service during business hours at 1-800-727-8766.
As a company registered with the New York State Department of Taxation, 1800Parts.com is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of New York. Sales tax will be calculated based on the NY County receiving the product.

1800Parts.com accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Please be advised that we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
